    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by South Shore Ventures Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Public Use District to a Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located on West side of SR 13 Key Number: 007-086-105 in Turkey Creek Township.

    And Described As Follows, To Wit:

    A tract of land in the West half of Section 22, Township 34 North, Range 7 East, Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:

 Commencing at a 4" steel post at the Northwest corner of said Section 22; thence South 01 degrees 19 minutes 09 seconds East (basis of bearings established by INOOT VRS Base, using NA083 Indiana East coordinate system), 50.00 feet; thence North 87 degrees 42 minutes 46 seconds East, 288.71 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of State Road 13; thence along said right-of-way for the next six calls; thence 1087.46 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 11414.15 feet and a chord bearing South 49 degrees 16 minutes 41 seconds East, 1087.05 feet; thence South 46 degrees 32 minutes 55 seconds East, 670.79 feet; thence North 43 degrees 27 minutes 05 seconds East, 5.00 feet; thence South 46 degrees 32 minutes 55 seconds East, 809.51 feet to a right-of-way marker; thence 59.40 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 1392.51 feet and a chord bearing South 45 degrees 19 minutes 36 seconds East, 59.40 feet to a McCrea cap pin at the Point of Beginning; thence 537.00 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 1392.49 feet and a chord bearing South 33 degrees 03 minutes 25 seconds East, 533,68 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence South 88 degrees 20 minutes 51 seconds West, 622.00 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence North 01 degree 47 minutes 10 seconds West, 450.50 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence North 87 degrees 31 minutes 01 seconds East, 345.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, December 2, 2020 At 1:00 P.M.

All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12: 00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
