MENTONE – Alice F. Webb, 82, of Mentone, passed at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020, at Kosciusko Community Hospital of Warsaw after complications of COVID-19.

Alice was born on Dec. 7, 1937, in Kewanna, to the late Fred and Grace Henricks Stingley.

She was married on April 20, 1956, in Kewanna, to Richard C. Webb; he survives.

Alice was a graduate of Kewanna High School. She retired from DePuy Orthopedics of Warsaw in 2000 after 31 years. She was a member of the Mentone United Methodist Church, as well as a member of the Jolly Janes Home Economics Club. She was known for her work with Mary & Jerry’s Helping Hands. Alice and her husband were regulars at Teel’s Restaurant. She enjoyed spending time with her grandson, family and friends.

Alice is survived by her husband, Richard Webb, of Mentone; sons, Jim and wife Melinda Webb, of Claypool; and Jeff and wife Kristi Webb, of Lancaster, S.C.; and a grandson, Zach Webb.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Opal, Thelma, Mary Kathryn and Pat.

A private family graveside service will be held in the Mentone Cemetery, Mentone, with Pastor Jeff Herron officiating.

The arrangements are entrusted to King Memorial Home, 101 N. Tucker St., Mentone.
