Regeina Kay De Smet, 72, Warsaw, died at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020, in her home.

Reggie was born on Dec. 2, 1947, in Barlow, Ky., to the late Orval Glennard and Senora Alberta Shemwell Purcell.

Friends may join the family at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, for visitation beginning at noon on Saturday, Nov. 14. At 3:30 p.m., family friend and retired Pastor Dave Smitley will officiate Reggie’s Life Celebration service.

Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is assisting the family.
