Notice is hereby given that the Town of Silver Lake, by the Town Council is requesting proposals for leasing of land owned by the Town of Silver Lake.
The land for lease is located at Lot 12 Fairview Addition to the Town of Silver Lake, at 605 E. Sycamore St. Street, Silver Lake Addition, Parcel #43-18-08-400-040.000-014, Parcel ID 018-066-027.
Proposals for land leasing will begin on June 1, 2020 at 9:00 am EST and proposals must be delivered by June 9, 2020 at 4:00 pm EST to:

The land may not be leased to a person who is ineligible under Indiana Code 36-1 -11-6. A proposal submitted by a trust (as defined in Indiana Code 30-4-1-1 (a)) must identify each beneficiary of the trust; and settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
Each proposal will be open to public inspection. All proposals must disclose the intended use of land complete with structure size, materials, and use of the building. Each proposal must contain financial statements and a certificate of liability insurance. Each proposal must include the yearly contract price or service exchange. All lessee/s must follow federal, state and local laws as to wage compliance to workers, construction permitting and environmental regulations.
The Silver Lake Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, discuss with potential lessee/s clarification to ensure full understanding of to the proposal.
All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Silver Lake Town Council meeting scheduled for June 10, 2020 at 7:00 pm. Upon the acceptance of the winning proposal a satisfactory contract with the Town of Silver Lake will be executed.
