She was born Jan. 7, 1959, in Milwaukee, Wis., to William and Shirley Baerwaldt Nordahl.
Cindy was a local resident since 1999 and was formerly of Milwaukee. On May 17, 1980, she was united in marriage to Kurt Kamholz.
Survivors include her husband, of 39 years, Kurt Kamholz, of Winona Lake; children, Becky (Matt) Schweikert, of Mooresville; and Daniel Kamholz, of Winona Lake; a grandson, Neil Schweikert, of Mooresville; sister, Cheryl Canode, of Milwaukee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents.
Private services are planned.
Arrangements are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
