• 9:22 a.m. Tuesday - Brenda K. Penner, 56, of 72833 CR 29, 3B, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 12:32 p.m. Tuesday - Vincent E. Isaac, 54, Osceola, arrested for theft. No bond set.

• 2:49 p.m. Tuesday - Nicole M. Green, 37, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #66, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 9:52 p.m. Tuesday - Rodney L. Castle, 51, of 7703 W. Swick Road, Claypool, arrested on two felony failure to appear charges, simple assault domestic battery and public intoxication. Bond: $11,250.

• 12:57 a.m. Wednesday - Leonardo D. Medina Quiroga, 21, of 3762 W. Old 30, #627, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

TVHS Renovations Expected To Be ‘Substantially Complete' By Month’s End
AKRON — Work on Tippecanoe Valley High School's renovation project should be "substantially complete" by the end of October, said The Skillman Corp. Project Manager Scott Rogers.
