• 9:22 a.m. Tuesday - Brenda K. Penner, 56, of 72833 CR 29, 3B, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 12:32 p.m. Tuesday - Vincent E. Isaac, 54, Osceola, arrested for theft. No bond set.
• 2:49 p.m. Tuesday - Nicole M. Green, 37, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #66, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 12:57 a.m. Wednesday - Leonardo D. Medina Quiroga, 21, of 3762 W. Old 30, #627, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:05 a.m. Wednesday - 518 N. Higbee St., Milford. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Rachel L. Stampe, 30, South Harrison, North Webster; Melinda C. Barnhart, 41, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Milford Police Department investigated.
