Felipe Flores Jr., age 74, of Warsaw, passed away Friday, March 27, 2020, at 10:55 p.m. in his residence.

Felipe was born June 11, 1945, in McAllen, Texas, to Felipe and Isabel Flores.

He was graduate from McAllen High School in McAllen, Texas, and furthered his education with a tech degree from Notre Dame in South Bend. He was united in marriage to Carolyn Ousley in 1974 in Wise, Va. He spent his career as a welder, retiring after 35 years of service in 2002. He was a member of the Steelworkers Union.

Felipe’s loving thoughts remain with his family, “I left a piece of my heart in my two children and the remaining in my grandchildren. I’m going to be with my son in heaven who is waiting at the gates for me.”

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Flores, of Warsaw; children, Jeremy Flores and Veronica Arnold, all of Warsaw; four brothers and four sisters, all of West Palm Beach, Fla. He is also survived by seven grandchildren: Ambrotin Jr., of Warsaw; Carmaene and Jamiahis Arnold, of Fort Wayne; Braxton Leemon and Mason Flores, of Nappanee; Madison and Morgan Conn, of Warsaw.

He was preceded in death by son, Eric Adis Flores.

Services will be held at a later date.

All arrangements for the family are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
