• 10:47 a.m. Thursday - Ronald Eugene Rodriguez, 42, Auburn, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 1:11 p.m. Thursday - Jacklyn Ann Eckard, 22, of 11963 N. Camelot Lane, Apt. E, Cromwell, arrested for fraud of a bank/financial institution and embezzlement of a value of property of at least $750. No bond set.

• 1:17 p.m. Thursday - Lonnie Eugene Miller, 26, of 11963 N. Camelot Lane, Apt. E, Cromwell, arrested for theft from a building with value of the property of at least $750. Bond: $4,000.

• 1:48 p.m. Thursday - Amy Lenae Mullins, 37, of 404 N. Parker St., #9, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:06 p.m. Thursday - Sarah Elizabeth Powell, 26, of 907 N. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested on three counts of failure to pay. Bond: $1,916.50.

• 5:15 p.m. Thursday - Efrain Rodriguez Jr., 25, of 555 S. Circle Drive, Apt. W, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:40 p.m. Thursday - Michael Richard Connelly II, 44, Fort Wayne, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, public intoxication by alcohol, possession of precursors with intent to manufacture, resisting law enforcement and violation of local travel advisory designation. No bond set.

• 7:33 p.m. Thursday - West CR 1150N, 300 feet east of North CR 700W, Nappanee. Mo-ped swerved off the road to avoid a horse and buggy. Driver: William J. Dickson, 49, North CR 425W, Milford. Injuries: Dickson had injuries to his right ankle, left knee and his upper lip. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:55 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of North Biomet Drive and East Bell Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Salvador M. Menchaca, 38, South CR 175W, Warsaw; Jesusa R. Veneracion, 58, Cambridge Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:15 p.m. Thursday - Commerce Drive, 1,000 feet south of East Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Pickup hit curb and yellow cement pole support. Driver: Ariel L. Osbun, 20, North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 7:35 p.m. Thursday - Theft of firearms from a residence was reported in the 3500 block of East CR 800S, Claypool. KCSO.

• 8:05 a.m. Friday - Theft of a vehicle was reported in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSO.
