The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:18 a.m. Wednesday - Dennis P. Culler, 29, Ocean Springs, Miss., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:24 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan D. Kunish, 38, of 7572 E. CR 800N, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct, possession of a handgun without a license and public intoxication. Bond: $500.

• 11:39 p.m. Wednesday - Zackery A. Drudge, 27, of 206 E. Fifth St., North Manchester, arrested for domestic battery and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $11,000.

• 11:58 p.m. Wednesday - Spencer K. Davis, 48, of 5475 Warsaw-Oswego Road, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Bond: $500.

• 11:03 a.m. Wednesday - East Wilcox Road, 800 feet west of South CR 350E, Warsaw. Car hit tree. Driver: Kevin J. Schildroth, 65, South Cassandra Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:27 p.m. Wednesday - A woman reported the theft of welding cables in the 5400 block of North CR 750E, North Webster. Value: $100. KCSO.

• 10:59 p.m. Wednesday - A man was arrested in the 400 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw, for domestic battery. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:30 a.m. Thursday - A juvenile was reported as a runaway in the 700 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. WPD.
