• 12:46 p.m. Monday - Thomas A. Elsasser, 46, Elkhart, arrested for forgery and theft. Bond: $9,000.

• 2:14 p.m. Monday - John E. Wallace, 19, of 418 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $600.

• 4:06 p.m. Monday - Vianca T. Cruz Colon, 26, of 313 Kinney Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 4:32 p.m. Monday - Antonio M. Peres, 57, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #152, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $5,000.

• 6:41 p.m. Monday - Morgan R. Hepler, 26, of 710 Cook St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $2,500.

• 6:52 p.m. Monday - Donald A. Boseker, 57, Churubusco, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $10,250.

• 8:18 p.m. Monday - Jason P. Spriggs, 37, of 1734 E. CR 225S, #13, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:15 p.m. Monday - Vanessa L. Sroufe, 34, Liberty Mills, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:10 a.m. Tuesday - Scotty J. Whitaker, 45, of 2512 W. CR 1200S, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 4:48 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Ranch Road, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Patty G. Manuel, 71, West CR 200S, Warsaw; Patrick B. Sadowsky, 19, Peru. Injuries: Manuel was checked by medics on scene for minor bleeding to her elbow/arm and refused further treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:23 a.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 200 feet south of East CR 850N, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Monty J. Sechrist, 45, East Brown Road, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 2:22 a.m. Tuesday - East U.S. 30, 10 feet west of South CR 250E, Warsaw. Semi hit deer. Driver: David A. Turbyfill, 35, Plainfield, Ill. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 6:11 p.m. Monday - A man reported his vehicle was stolen in the 300 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
