• 3:15 p.m. Friday - Alexander T. Clowser, 18, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony dealing marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:24 p.m. Friday - Nathaniel J. Reedy, 30, of 1404 Tippecanoe Drive, Apt. D2, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass and public intoxication. Bond: $500.

• 10:02 p.m. Friday - William L. Vining, 38, of 4188 W. CR 525S, Claypool, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:59 a.m. Saturday - Kayla L. Warner, 20, Wabash, arrested for a minor in possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 8:09 a.m. Saturday - Brandon I. Cory, 22, of 602 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for residential entry, criminal trespass and criminal recklessness. Bond: $5,750.

• 9:13 p.m. Saturday - Randy M. Hafler, 30, Anderson, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $700.

• 9:48 p.m. Saturday - Tyler J. Hafler, 24, Indianapolis, arrested for possession of marijuana and theft of a firearm. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:28 p.m. Saturday - Christiaan A. Willig, 48, of 26 Trailside Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 12:51 a.m. Sunday - Keith D. McNeal, 48, Chicago, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.

County Council Adopts 2025 Budget
Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
