    The nature of the suit against you is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property legally described as follows:

    Lots Numbered Eighteen (18) and Twenty-one (21) in Heron Bay First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 167 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Commonly known as: 19 EMS B34 Lane, Warsaw, IN  46582-6620

    This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown.

    Shirley I. Tobias A/K/A Shirley I. Taylor A/K/A Shirley Tobias

    Robert L. Tobias A/K/A Robert R. Tobias

    Equable Ascent Financial, LLC

    In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.

    An answer or other appropriate response in writing to the Complaint must be filed either by you or your attorney with the Clerk of the Court for Kosciusko County at:
