• 10:29 a.m. Tuesday - Damian A. Henry, 34, of 2123 E. Hendricks St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:26 p.m. Tuesday - Kurt R. Carter, 32, of 12330 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, arrested for felony parole violation. No bond set.

• 1:30 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel J. Clark, 30, Columbia City, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $250.

• 1:37 p.m. Tuesday - Zane E. Stoll, 19, Fort Wayne, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

• 1:38 p.m. Tuesday - Whitney D. McKale, 28, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 3:05 p.m. Tuesday - Lucas L. Cook, 30, homeless, arrested for public intoxication and two misdemeanor battery charges. Bond: $1,600.

• 6:07 p.m. Tuesday - James I. Mullins, 54, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #17, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. No bond listed.

• 4:07 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Packerton Road and East Masters Lane, Winona Lake. Pickup lost a front tire. Driver: Cecil W. Poe, 55, North Ogden Road, North Manchester. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:39 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 700 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle while being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:03 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. WPD.

• 10:21 p.m. Tuesday - A suicidal person was reported in the 200 block of North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
