• 6:37 p.m. Thursday - Joseph Robert Biedenweg, 30, Georgetown, Ky., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 6:51 p.m. Thursday - Austin Drew Sullivan, 25, New Castle, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $500.

• 12:54 a.m. Friday - Abraham A. Sussi, 38, of 758 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:54 a.m. Friday - Nicole Renee Grimmett, 37, of 7318 S. CR 300E, Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $300.

• 5:22 a.m. Wednesday - South CR 800W, 2,000 feet south of West CR 100S, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Crystal A. Lybarger, 34, South Walnut Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 7:07 a.m. Wednesday - West CR 1350N, 500 feet east of North CR 950W, Nappanee. Car swerved to avoid a semi-truck pulling out of a driveway and collided with a fence post. Driver: Anthony S. Guyse, 27, Bremen. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
