• 2:04 p.m. Wednesday - Jason M. Robertson, 34, of 2639 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 3:01 p.m. Wednesday - Melvin Santana-Slone, 36, of 522 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, theft and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $20,850.

• 11:31 p.m. Wednesday - Lucas L. Cook, 30, of 1740 S. CR 1400E, Akron, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400.

• 2:42 a.m. Thursday - Jocelyn M. Anderson, 18, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #137, Warsaw, arrested for minor in possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 2:48 a.m. Thursday - Alam H. Fuentes, 25, of 128 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for providing alcohol to a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $600.

• 7:17 p.m. Wednesday - Country Club Road, 450 feet south of Lakeview Drive, Warsaw. Car left roadway and struck a mailbox owned by Karen K. Ridderman, Country Club Road, Warsaw, and severed two utility poles owned by NIPSCO, Merrillville. Driver: Ruben Esparza Ornelas, 20, South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:43 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kristin C. Holt, 21, Mishawaka; Denise R. Akers, South Whitley. Damage:  $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:09 a.m. Wednesday - A report of malicious mischief involving human body waste was reported in the 3100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:18 p.m. Wednesday - Police responded to a drug overdose in the 100 block of Kings Highway, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:15 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop in the 2100 block of East Durbin Street, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of a person for possession of methamphetamine. WPD.

• 7:17 p.m. Wednesday - A property damage accident in the 900 block of Country Club Road, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of a person for possession of marijuana. WPD.

• 7:29 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:15 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for public intoxication in the 200 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:24 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested in the 100 block of Rattington Circle, Warsaw, for consumption of alcohol by a minor. WPD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
