• 2:10 p.m. Tuesday - Derrick J. Carlson, 26, of 806 McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 4:12 p.m. Tuesday - Christina D. Golden, 57, of 117B W. Van Buren St., Leesburg, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.

• 4:37 p.m. Tuesday - Ambrotin L. Arnold, 42, homeless, arrested for theft and criminal recklessness. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:51 p.m. Tuesday - Harold D. Vandoren, 50, of 1947 N. CR 1000E, Akron, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,250.

• 11:44 p.m. Tuesday - Phillip D. Schmidt, 19, of 2718 S. Southwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.

• 2:23 a.m. Wednesday - Courtney I. Pruitt, 21, of 866 S. Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, arrested for violating court orders. No bond set.

• 3:46 p.m. Tuesday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Jennifer L. Plemons, Huntington. Driver: Sarah A. Scheidt, 28, South Old Ditch Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:39 p.m. Tuesday - A suicidal person was reported in the 400 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:47 p.m. Tuesday - A suicidal person was reported in the 1500 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw.

• 11:20 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop in the 500 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of a person for possession of marijuana. WPD.

• 12:09 a.m. Wednesday - Malicious mischief involving body waste was reported in the 3100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
