• 12:12 p.m. Monday - Zackery A. Drudge, 27, of 206 E. Fifth St., North Manchester, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 12:17 p.m. Monday - Eric M. Rasmussen, 40, Mishawaka, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotic drugs. Bond: $15,250.

• 1:08 p.m. Monday - Beth A. Frater, 48, of 6269 N. CR 950E, North Webster, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 3:16 p.m. Monday - Brandon I. Cory, 22, of 602 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for refusal to identify self when stopped and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.

• 5:24 p.m. Monday - Maureen A. Misik, 18, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, #41, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:43 p.m. Monday - Mari C. Hawthorne, 18, Fort Wayne, arrested for false identity statement. Bond: $600.

• 6:16 p.m. Monday - Brayton F. Myers, 21, homeless, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:48 p.m. Monday - Jesse J. Messer, 36, of 7528 W. Seward Drive, Claypool, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $500.

• 8:02 p.m. Monday - Juan A. Alonzo, 36, of 505 First St., Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 12:34 a.m. Tuesday - Derrick J. Carlson, 26, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 5:36 p.m. Monday - Tippe Downs Drive, 50 feet south of Aqueduct Lane, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: James L. Smith, 72, Moncks Corner, S.C.; Gokulakrishnan Ramakrishnan, 32, Pimlico Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:39 a.m. Monday - An employee of the Warsaw Parks Department told police a window was broken from the pavilion in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. Damage: $200. WPD.

• 11:54 a.m. Monday - A person was arrested in the 500 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw, for refusing to identify themselves after a reported fight occurred. WPD.

• 1:09 p.m. Monday - A cellphone was reported stolen out of a vehicle in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:31 p.m. Monday - A woman who lives in the 5500 block of East CR 650S, Pierceton, told police someone used her information on a hospital bill in Ohio. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:42 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of a person for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. WPD.

• 4:42 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop in the 400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of a person for false informing. WPD.

• 6:30 p.m. Monday - A woman reported bicycles, a grinding wheel, a tackle box and tackle and a necklace were stolen in the 400 block of North Lake Street, Syracuse. Value: $530. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 2300 block of North Sunset Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:46 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop in the 400 block of Argonne Road, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of the driver for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 12:49 a.m. Tuesday - A woman reported fraud in the 300 block of West Emeline Street, Milford. Value: $950. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 2:08 a.m. Tuesday - An employee of NIPSCO reported a meter was stolen and criminal mischief and criminal recklessness occurred in the 500 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:44 a.m. Tuesday -  A man reported his vehicle was vandalized in the 200 block of South Lincoln Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
