• 9:22 p.m. Sunday - Andrew Ryan Davis, 28, Antioch, Ill., arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:54 p.m. Sunday - Isaias Benitez Marin, 40, of 1202 Wooster Road, #37, Winona Lake, arrested for misdemeanor battery with bodily injury and disorderly conduct. No bond set.

• 11:39 a.m. Monday - Skyler Lee Dutton, 27, of 1221 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for theft, misdemeanor battery and felony failure to appear. Bond: $4,950.

• 11:49 a.m. Monday - Jeffery Kent Warner, 39, of 1823 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $5,450.

• 12:19 p.m. Monday - Walter David Hawthorne II, 45, Union, Mich., arrested for driving while being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $7,500.

• 5:16 p.m. Friday - U.S. 30, 200 feet east of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Paul W. Row, 79, Monroeville; Natalie C. May, 26, Hilliard, Ohio. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:12 p.m. Saturday - Meadow Lane, 110 feet north of Rozella Road, Warsaw. Pickup hit parked vehicle registered to Tyler J. Fleig, Toledo, Ohio. Driver: Ernest B. Wiggins, 70, Meadow Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 4:16 p.m. Sunday - East CR 200N, 75 feet east of North Cessna, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Janelle R. Wilson, 19, South CR 1000W, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 4:08 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 500 block of North Dolan Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 12:07 a.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer with a vehicle and criminal mischief in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:19 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia in the 2500 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:53 p.m. Sunday - Fraud was reported in the 3800 block of Mitchells Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:47 a.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 2400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:47 a.m. Monday - A juvenile was arrest for a curfew violation and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 2400 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:31 a.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of Higbee Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
