• 8:34 p.m. Friday - Juan Gutierrez, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #44, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

Packerton Road, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of a handgun without a license, altered gun identification, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor dealing marijuana/hashish/salvia. • 11:29 p.m. Friday - Cameron Ryan Bowell, 29, of 1902 Sanddollar Drive, Warsaw, arrested for a minor in possession of alcohol. Bond: $400.

• 4:41 a.m. Saturday - Casey Lynn Roberston, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended resulting in injury, driving while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond not set.

• 4:13 p.m. Saturday - Jessica Kay Mann, 32, Rochester, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 5:20 p.m. Saturday - Tara Elizabeth Conn, 41, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #36, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 6:20 p.m. Saturday - Jeremy Joe Jones, 26, of 3495 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:20 p.m. Saturday - Lucas Gomez Yeri, 21, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $1,000.

• 9:11 p.m. Saturday - Taylor Charles-Warren See, 20, of 8479 E. Old 30, Pierceton, arrested for failure to comply. No bond set.

•7:39 a.m. Friday - North CR 425 W, 1,000 feet south of West CR 900N, Warsaw. Car lost control and exited roadway, entering field and rolled over. Driver: Christopher M. Barnes, 34, South Elm Street, Nappanee. Injuries: Barnes complained of general body pain; he was treated and released by on-scene medics. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
