• 4:44 p.m. Monday - Brooke L. Montileaux, 43, of 212 E. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for residential entry and theft. Bond: $3,000.

• 12:37 a.m. Tuesday - Jamie L. Goings, 48, of 308 N. Parks Schram Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.

• 3:14 p.m. Monday - 1101 Heron Blvd., Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Grace L. Allmon, 19, Plymouth; Amber M. Schroeder, 23, Ottawa, Ohio. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:43 p.m. Monday - 486 W. CR 350N, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Zachary D. Neher, 25, East North Winds Drive, Warsaw; Dustin W. Peltz, 36, Bremen. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 7:11 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Hepler and Tippecanoe drives, Warsaw. Mo-ped wiped out and the driver was arrested for OWI. Driver: Jamie L. Goings, 48, North Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. Damage: Less than $750. WPD.

 • 5:02 a.m. Tuesday - South CR 450W, 500 feet north of West CR 525S, Claypool. SUV hit deer. Driver: Heather A. Horton, 28, South CR 100E, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 5:50 a.m. Tuesday - East CR 900S, 2,500 feet west of South Country Club Road, Claypool. SUV hit deer. Driver: Ashley R. Craft, 36, South CR 825W, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:23 p.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:51 p.m. Monday - Theft was reported in the 1100 block of Executive Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:11 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested in the 1800 block of Hepler Drive, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life. WPD.
