    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1909-MF-000113, wherein Newrez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing f/k/a New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage, was Plaintiff, and Ericka E. Haynes, et al., were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of August, 2020, at the hour of 10:00 A.M, or as soon thereafter as is possible, 221 W. Main Street, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
