Coaches Association for “his diligent efforts for our association and the Indiana Football Hall of Fame.” Baumgartner put together a video history of the hall of fame in Richmond and is currently working on compiling a podcast from every IFCA North vs. South All-Star Game with help from former Tiger football coach Ted Huber. The plaque was presented by former IFCA executive director Dave Land (R).
