• 10:26 a.m. Monday - Robert A. Dilley, 26, Mishawaka, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 11:01 a.m. Monday - Jennifer M. Davis, 31, of 110 S. Main St., #21, Claypool, arrested for felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 5:26 p.m. Monday - Heather A. Ross, 28, Mishawaka, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:48 p.m. Monday - Shane A. Wright, 33, of 3094 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:47 p.m. Monday - Dustin C. W. Wright, 29, of 302 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for theft of a vehicle and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $10,650.

• 4:02 a.m. Tuesday - Michael A. Ott, 46, of 608 S. Poplar Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 5:37 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Market and South Indiana streets, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Diane L. Raber, 69, South Detroit Street, Warsaw; Sasha R. Bolen, 27, West CR 250S, Warsaw; Jodi M. Conley, 56, West CR 1200S, Silver Lake. Injuries: Raber complained of knee and chest pain and was checked and released by medics on scene; a passenger in Bolen’s vehicle, Alexyn Bolen, 5, was checked by medics and released for complaint of nose pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:53 p.m. Monday - 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Christopher L. Holsclaw, 48, North Ind. 15, Warsaw; Marta C. Hontz, 40, East Crete Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:36 p.m. Monday - A woman reported her vehicle was stolen in the 9400 block of North Koher Road East, Syracuse. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:46 p.m. Monday - A driver was arrested in the 1900 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

• 4:02 p.m. Monday - A death investigation was opened in the 900 block of Walkers Ridge, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested in the 1100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for a warrant and operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. WPD.

• 7:40 p.m. Monday - Debit cards were reported found in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:57 p.m. Monday - A driver was cited in the 3100 block of East Wooster Road, Pierceton, for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:02 a.m. Tuesday - A woman reported her vehicle was stolen in the 500 block of Inwood Circle, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 6:03 a.m. Tuesday - Two bicycles were reported found in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:06 a.m. Tuesday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 200 block of East Nelson Drive, Milford. KCSO.

• 8:10 a.m. Tuesday - A cellphone was reported found in the City Hall parking lot in the 100 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
