Carl and Marilyn Harter Schuster, Winona Lake, will celebrate their 59th wedding anniversary Wednesday.

Carl and Marilyn were married June 24, 1961, at the Free Methodist Church in Fort Wayne with the Rev. R. B. Lake officiating.

The couple moved to Warsaw in 1967 and built their forever home in Winona Lake in 1979. Over the years, they have enjoyed gardening, boating, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Both are now retired. Carl was a branch manager for V.R. Myers Pump and Supply, and Marilyn was a CNA and physical therapy aide for Grace Village.

They have four children: Scott (Karen) Schuster, Wendy Schuster-Hatcher, Randall Schuster and Amy (Dale) Hendrickson. They have five grandchildren

The couple will celebrate their anniversary with family.
