• 11:28 a.m. Wednesday - Joshua B. Coffey, 43, of 9412 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 5:03 p.m. Wednesday - Emily L. Wynn, 25, Decatur, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 8:59 p.m. Wednesday - Zachary S. Ostrander, 28, of 13500 U.S. 6, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 12:32 a.m. Thursday - Michael P. Carpenter, 43, of 208 E. Second St., #0, North Manchester, arrested for dealing a synthetic or lookalike controlled substance. Bond: $10,250.

• 1:41 a.m. Thursday - Chester L. Townsend Jr., 61, of 1614 Tippecanoe Drive, Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and intimidation. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:31 a.m. Thursday - Marvin M. Brown, 27, of 218 Stonewall Court, #1, Nappanee, arrested for invasion of privacy. No bond listed.

• 3:48 p.m. Wednesday - Ind. 15, 160 feet south of East Market Street, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Blakley M. Jones, 36, East Prairie Street, Leesburg; Mindy L. Peterson, 31, Inwood Circle, Syracuse; Blair A. Tiffany, 68, Wabash. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:19 p.m. Wednesday - A driver was cited in the 900 block of Old Ind. 15, Milford, for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 7:06 p.m. Wednesday - A woman reported her vehicle was stolen in the 7000 block of North Harper Road, Leesburg. KCSO.

• 9:34 p.m. Wednesday - A juvenile complaint was filed in the 700 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:24 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested in the 1600 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and possession of marijuana. WPD.

• 3:18 a.m. Thursday - A man reported his vehicle was stolen in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:16 a.m. Thursday - Theft and credit card fraud was reported in the 5200 block of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
