Notice Is Hereby Given, That the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold a Public Hearing on a Petition Filed By David & Holly Cesaretti Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, Key Number: 003-132-002, the property is located on the West side of Packerton Rd and 0’ North of 300 S Ct in Wayne Township.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land in the southeast quarter of section 27, township 32 north, range 6 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana, better described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said section 27, and running thence west, along the section line, 671 feet, more or less, to its intersection with the centerline of the Packerton Road and the point of beginning; thence further west, along the section line, 917.95 feet to the center line of a culvert which carries the Kieffer-Evans Ditch;t hence north, 20.00 feet ;thence north 17 degrees 37 minutes west, along the center line of said ditch, 491.39 feet; thence north 23 degrees 38 minutes east, 451.40 feet; thence norht 89 degrees 51 minutes east, 881.00 feet to the center line of said Packerton Road; thence south 00 degrees 18 minutes east, along the center line, 903.909 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 20.3308 acres.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room On Wednesday, July 1, 2020 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
