Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Cynthia Brown Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Residential District to an Commercial District, The Following Real Estate, located on North side of Crow Rd. and 250’ West of East Wawasee Dr Key # 007-053-221 in Turkey Creek Township.
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land being a part of the northeast quarter of section 14, township 34 north, range 7 east, 2nd P.M., Turkey Creek Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of said section 14; thence north 00º00'00" west (assumed bearing), 30 feet; thence north 90º 00' 00" west, 285 feet to a 1 1/2 inch iron pipe and the point of beginning; thence north 00º 41' 31" east, 148.98 feet (150 feet recorded) to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence 89º 40' 02" west 49.96 feet (50 feet recorded) to a 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence south 00º 40' 14" west, 149.79 feet (150 feet recorded to a 1/2 inch iron pipe; thence south 90º 00' 00" east, 49.91 feet (50 feet recorded) recorded to the point of beginning.
This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance
This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, July 1, 2020 At 1:00 P.M.
All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
