• 11:06 a.m. Monday - Ruby A. Staab, 40, of 6290 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for felony parole violation. No bond set.

• 2:43 p.m. Monday - Demetrius D. Link, 35, of 820 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $25,250.

• 8:05 p.m. Monday - Rita A. Troyer, 42, of 211 W. Water St., Akron, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:19 p.m. Monday - Sean E. Cross, 23, of 201 E. Harrison St., Claypool, arrested for felony battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.

• 4:39 p.m. Monday - 1215 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Darin A. Miler, 35, West CR 225N, Etna Green; Walter R. Tucker, 77, South Ind. 15, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:40 p.m. Monday - A bottle of liquor was reported stolen from the Milford Party Pack in the 300 block of North Higbee Street, Milford. MPD.

• 6:11 p.m. Monday - A hit-and-run was reported in the 100 block of North Harrison Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:34 p.m. Monday - Battery was reported in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:15 p.m. Monday - A death investigation was opened in the 400 block of West Perry Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:18 p.m. Monday - Power tools were reported stolen from Stock and Field in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Value: $300. WPD.
