• 11:44 p.m. Thursday - Angel A. Hernandez, 37, Lakeville, Minn., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 7:50 p.m. Friday - Mark D. Smith, 50, of 536 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
• 9:23 p.m. Friday - Samantha J. Guess, 33, of 6 Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:11 a.m. Saturday - Fernando J. Ramirez, 37, of 920 Anchorage Road, #111, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI convicted. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:46 p.m. Saturday - Thadius J. W. Kuta, 25, of 920 Anchorage Road, #7, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 8:47 p.m. Saturday - Ryan N. Rosbrugh, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for two felony failure to appear charges. Bond: $11,000.
• 10:20 p.m. Saturday - Kylie M. Mayorga, 21, of 113 Southwest St., Apt. A, Akron, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child younger than 16. Bond: $5,250.
