• 2:20 p.m. Wednesday - Jason Wayne Elijah, 46, of 121 E. Esterbrook Drive, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.

• 2:31 p.m. Wednesday - Russell Melton Jr., 46, of 207 Auditorium Blvd., Winona Lake, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:27 p.m. Wednesday - Christy Little, 43, of 207 Auditorium Blvd., Winona Lake, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:50 p.m. Wednesday - Shawn Dion Hale, 20, of 920 Anchorage Road, #60, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 5:15 p.m. Wednesday - Kayla Ranae Fitzpatrick, 27, of 611 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 6:08 p.m. Wednesday - William Lindly NcNees, 50, of 505 S. Morton St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation and theft. No bond set.

• 12:05 a.m. Thursday - Nickolas David Boyd, 32, of 2631 E. Pine Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,700.

• 4 a.m. Thursday - Christina Lynn Wagoner, 30, Rochester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 6:30 p.m. Wednesday - 139 E. Baker St., Warsaw. Car hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Cody M. Guzman, East Baker Street, Warsaw. Driver: Kyle A. Moody, 18, West Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10:03 p.m. Wednesday - 909 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw. Unoccupied vehicle registered to Sheila J. Wilson, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, rolled backward, travelled eastward and travelled into a ditch and struck Community Grace Brethren Church. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. WPD.

• 9:14 a.m. Wednesday - Theft of spare tires was reported in the 2700 block of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:54 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal trespass was reported in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:27 p.m. Wednesday - An animal bite was reported in the 1000 block of North Branch Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 6:44 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 in the 600 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:25 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for visiting a common nuisance and on a warrant in the 1100 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:25 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 1100 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:41 a.m. Thursday - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of East Garfield Street, Warsaw. WPD.
