LifeTouch Ministries Inc., 2510 E. Center St., Warsaw, will hold its third annual “Ungarage Sale Giveaway” Saturday.

The giveaway will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Winona Lake Senior Center, 1590 Park Ave., Winona Lake.

The event is held because LifeTouch wanted to find a way to give back. They wanted to help those who have needs, especially now with the coronavirus pandemic, said Executive Director Jeff France.

People will be able to get clothes, shoes, coats and baby items.

France said 98% of what they have is clothes. “We have a basement full of clothes,” he said.

“Everything is free,” said Jenny Conley, director of development.

Conley said LifeTouch doesn’t want to limit how much people take. However, France said people should take as much as they need, but to try to limit that to what the person and their family needs.

“Everyone is welcome. We have a lot to give away,” France said.

Everything  LifeTouch has for the giveaway is through community and donations, Conley said.

The response this year in regards to donations has been tremendous, France said.

People can still donate items to LifeTouch Ministries from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Conley said. Items can be gently used, but there can be no stains or tears. People also can donate gas and grocery cards from area gas stations and grocery stores.

Conley said a raffle for gas and grocery cards will be held. Free haircuts will be given and there will be games and snacks for kids.
