• 8:58 a.m. Wednesday - Thomas P. Rose, 57, of 2668 S. Southwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 12:57 p.m. Wednesday - Earl D. Shepherd, 49, of 3762 W. Old 30, #55, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:20 p.m. Wednesday - East CR 750N, 2,100 feet east of North CR 875E, North Webster. Car went into pond. Driver: Joshua R. Mahns, 28, North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office and North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 10:21 p.m. Wednesday - South Kinder Drive, 50 feet south of West Valleyview Drive, Syracuse. Car hit parked car registered to Sean I. Pelikant, South Kinder Drive, Syracuse. Driver: Edward D. Saunders, 74, West Hillside Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 12:01 a.m. Wednesday - A woman reported fraud in the 800 block of East CR 800S, Claypool. KCSO.

• 1:02 a.m. Wednesday - Firearms were reported found in the 8500 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster. KCSO.

• 2:30 a.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 2400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:37 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of McDonald’s in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw, reported a customer used a counterfeit $20 bill to purchase food. WPD.

• 10:16 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of Frontline Manufacturing in the 2400 block of North CR 200W, Warsaw, reported the business was burglarized. KCSO.

• 2:22 p.m. Wednesday - A woman reported identity fraud in the 200 block of South Harrison Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:43 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of First Federal Savings Bank in the 400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, reported forgery had occurred. WPD.

• 6:09 p.m. Wednesday - A woman reported she lost her wallet at Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:26 p.m. Wednesday - A woman reported her cell phone was stolen in the 200 block of East Prairie Street, Leesburg. KCSO.

• 11:12 p.m. Wednesday - A drug overdose was reported in the 900 block of East Garfield Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:27 p.m. Wednesday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 100 block of EMS B58 Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.
