• 5:39 p.m. Wednesday - James B. Wallen, 27, of 813 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:13 a.m. Thursday - Jessica R. Dilley, 34, of 2350 N. CR 350W, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Zartman, 17, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Zartman was taken by private vehicle to an area hospital for  complaint of neck and left shoulder pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:08 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Springhill Road, Warsaw. Five-vehicle pileup. Drivers: Christopher M. Quimby, 27, LaPorte; Erica F. Allegretto, 33, Rattington Circle, Warsaw; Shirley E. Fetrow, 63, Willow Way, North Manchester; Emma G. Neal, 19, Gas City; Iris D. Uresti, 19, Topeka, Ind. Injuries: Allegretto was taken by ambulance to an area hospital because she was disoriented after the crash; Fetrow was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for complaint of neck pain; and a passenger in Fetrow’s vehicle, Mary M. Polston, 63, Sharon Street, Winona Lake, was taken by ambulance to an area hospital for complaint of back pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
