• 9:40 a.m. Wednesday - Jeffery D. Welch, 28, of 3080 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 4:20 p.m. Wednesday - Travis J. Cline, 40, of 11098 Humpty Dumpty Drive, Cromwell, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 7:21 p.m. Wednesday - Richard A. Hough, 42, of 920 Anchorage Road, lot 3, Warsaw, arrested for false informing. Bond: $500.

• 7:56 p.m. Wednesday - Erasmo Montelongo-Hernandez, 73, of 10 W. Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash causing property damage and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:59 p.m. Wednesday - Adrian C. Carter, 32, Columbia City, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 10:50 p.m. Wednesday - Chloe B. Gosnell, 21, Columbia City, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:57 p.m. Wednesday - Nicholas E. King, 40, Columbia City, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:24 a.m. Wednesday - West Crystal Lake Road, 1,200 feet west of South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jesse C. Lopez, 76, South Warbler Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:35 a.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 15, 500 feet south of West CR 400S, Warsaw. SUV hit utility pole owned by NIPSCO, Merrillville, and fence owned by Bret Wolf, West Union Street, Warsaw. Driver: Kobie T. Stoppenhagen, 29, North Bonestead Road, North Manchester. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 6:26 a.m. Wednesday - A man reported his vehicle was stolen in the 8300 block of East CR 400N, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 10:33 a.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief was reported by an employee of PNC Bank in the 200 block of West Market Street, Warsaw, after damage to a wall and door was found. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:11 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was requested for an individual in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe. WPD.

• 3:36 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop in the 2100 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of the driver for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

• 3:48 p.m. Wednesday - A man reported fraud in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Value: $2,500. WPD.

• 6 p.m. Wednesday - A man was arrested for leaving the scene of a crash in the 300 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw, where he damaged a Kosciusko Ambulance Service side mirror. Value: $300. WPD.

• 6:35 a.m. Thursday - A death investigation was opened in the 2400 block of South CR 400E, Pierceton. KCSO.
