Injuries: Pedestrian Garrett L Watson, 31, Oklahoma City, Okla., complained of hand and lower body pain and was transported to the Kosciusko County Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Hill, 45, North Third Trail, North Webster. Injuries: Pavel complained of chest pain; Hill had minor bleeding to the face; a passenger in Hill’s vehicle, Amelia Hill, 7, North Third Trail, North Webster, complained of neck pain.
