• 4:32 p.m. Tuesday - Timothy J. Brannin Jr., 34, Danville, Ill., arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 10:38 p.m. Tuesday - Jeffrey D. Rozanowski, 42, of 837 S. Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:03 p.m. Tuesday - Frankie L. Conley III, 23, of 2035 Shell Bark Lane, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:25 a.m. Wednesday - Jesse Messer, 53, of 7528 W. Seward Drive, Claypool, arrested for theft of a firearm. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:35 a.m. Wednesday - Trece D. Blanton, 21, of 1202 Wooster Road, #6, Winona Lake, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $201,000.

• 4:29 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported criminal mischief to his vehicle in the 900 block of Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:33 p.m. Tuesday - Police conducted a welfare check in the 1300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:58 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop in the 100 block of West Center Street, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of an individual for dealing methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. WPD.

• 11:26 p.m. Tuesday - A man reported his vehicle was stolen in the Walmart parking lot in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

Kosciusko County Council wrapped up the county’s 2025 budget by adopting the ordinance for it on second reading Thursday evening. The first reading of the budget ordinance was held Sept. 12.
