• 11:47 a.m. Sunday - Monica Quezada, 38, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #41, Pierceton, arrested for shoplifting. Bond: $600.
• 4:17 p.m. Sunday - Jennifer R. Ganshorn, 35, of 118 N. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:34 p.m. Sunday - Tamara R. Bair, 40, Ligonier, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 3:03 p.m. Sunday - 100 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. SUV hit parked car. Driver: Jennifer R. Ganshorn, 35, North Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6 p.m. Sunday - East CR 500N, 50 feet east of EMS T12 Lane, Leesburg. Van left roadway. Driver: Parker A. Stouder, 16, East CR 650, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:16 p.m. Sunday - East Armstrong Road, 1,000 feet west of North CR 200E, Leesburg. Car hit utility pole owned by NIPSCO, Merrillville. Driver: Jeremiah T. Dilley, 20, North Aspen Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 4:42 a.m. Monday - North Fox Farm Road, 10 feet north of North Sellers Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Sabrina M. Hall, 33, West King Fisher Drive, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 10:29 a.m. Sunday - A woman was arrested for stealing groceries from Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Avenue, Warsaw. Value: $141.88. WPD.
• 6:18 p.m. Sunday - An accident in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of the driver for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.
