• 3:18 p.m. Friday - Olivia M. Gerber, 28, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #144, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:14 a.m. Saturday - Don T. Halvorsen, 32, Goshen, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:47 a.m. Saturday - Jeremiah E. Smith, 33, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #24, Pierceton, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 5:16 p.m. Saturday - Brandon C. Carpenter, 33, of 8727 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for embezzlement with a prior theft conviction, three felony failure to appear charges and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $6,500.
• 7:53 p.m. Saturday - Han N. Nguyen, 35, of 29 N. Superior Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.
• 10:45 p.m. Saturday - Sharica R. Clark, 37, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of a syringe. Bond: $5,250.
