• 12:16 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon C. Kelly, 36, of 3648 E. CR 500S, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a controlled substance and possession of a syringe. Bond: $20,500.
• 1:22 p.m. Wednesday - David A. Shadd, 31, of 208 S. James St., Milford, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, two felony failure to appear charges and on a bench warrant. Bond: $15,750.
• 1:59 p.m. Wednesday - Sharon M. Jackson, 40, of 2401 Wooster Road, #65, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation, fraud on a financial institution and false informing. Bond: $16,100.
• 2:43 p.m. Wednesday - Eric J. Watkins, 25, of 1824 Michaels St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
• 10:47 p.m. Wednesday - Randy Walgamuth, 59, homeless, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $400.
• 2:38 a.m. Thursday - Russell L. Yates, 54, of 811 S. Main St., #10, North Webster, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 7:31 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of W. U.S. 30 and North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jennifer L. Enders, 48, South Main Street, Etna Green; Schoreen R. Miller, 47, Plymouth. Injuries: Miller was taken by ambulance to St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth for complaint of entire body pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:37 a.m. Wednesday - East Pierceton Road, 400 feet west of South CR 350E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Benjamin J. Bruce, 40, West Old Trail Road, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 5:27 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 13, 5 feet south of East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Ashley N. Miller, 16, East Washington Street, Syracuse; Dawn M. Yoder, 47, North Birdie Court, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
