Needs Help

My name is William Gerald Smith, and for much of the past 25 years, I lived in Lancaster, Pa. However, due to my wife’s declining health, as well as my own; I was forced to leave her in a nursing facility back there.
Just days after I moved back, she had to be hospitalized for the umpteenth time, and doctors found she has a heart problem as well. This has caused me immeasurable grief, because we have been married for 25 years, as of late December 2019. I love her with all my heart. We have been together almost every day since her mother died seven years ago.
The guilt I feel over being separated from her tears away at my soul. I have tried, over and over, to find someone who could start a fundraiser of some sort to help me get her transported here to Indiana, so that we could be together. All I want is to keep us together, but back here where one of us has family.
I just have no idea how to accomplish this feat.
