• 2:08 p.m. Monday - Bree Ann Wasson, 32, Goshen, arrested for theft. Bond: $3,200.
• 3:14 p.m. Monday - Nani M. Fisher, 71, Mishawaka, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,000.
• 3:15 p.m. Monday - Walter B. Bracewell, 49, South Bend, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $600.
• 4:19 p.m. Monday - Todd A. Lincoln, 30, of 108 N. Hickory St., Claypool, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $500.
• 6:28 p.m. Monday - Kyla R. Kilpatrick, 21, of 1210 Hill Top Ave., #4, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and felony battery causing serious bodily injury. Bond: $10,250.

• 6:16 a.m. Tuesday - South CR 400E, 2,000 feet south of East CR 900S, Sidney. SUV hit deer. Driver: Linnette J. Rivera, 36, South CR 300E, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
