• 12:20 p.m. Tuesday - Derrek M. McKay, 29, Harvest, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 2:25 p.m. Tuesday - Gabriel D. De La Cruz, 37, of 3295 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:56 p.m. Tuesday - Clint R. Woodward, 32, of 17009 River Ridge Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and felony battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $5,950.

• 4:46 p.m. Tuesday - Douglas A. Gillard, 35, of 3481 W. CR 100S, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $455.

• 6:28 p.m. Tuesday - Matthew G. Rhines, 30, of 1621 W. Briar Ridge Court, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:07 p.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 19, 1,000 feet south of West Welch Road, Mentone. Car hit utility pole owned by Kosciusko County REMC, South CR 250E, Warsaw, and a fence owned by Lesa K. Newsome, South Ind. 19, Bourbon. Driver: Robert T. Lewis, 21, North CR 400W, Leesburg. Injuries: Lewis was taken by ambulance to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw, for complaint of neck pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:25 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 300 block of Eastlake Drive, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

• 6:56 p.m. Tuesday - Theft was reported in the 200 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:10 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 1800 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

• 8:53 p.m. Tuesday - Police requested a warrant for the arrest of a person in the 200 block of East Emeline Street, Milford, for resisting law enforcement by fighting. WPD.

• 11:48 p.m. Tuesday - Theft was reported in the 300 block of South High Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:18 a.m. Wednesday - A driver was arrested in the 700 block of South Main Street, North Webster, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. North Webster Police Department investigated.
