• 2:29 p.m. Tuesday - Jose Avila, 18, Hammond, arrested for robbery. Bond: $10,250.
• 2:55 p.m. Tuesday - Sabrina J. Sherow, 46, of 1 EMS B61A Lane, #2, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:55 a.m. Wednesday - Jenelle M. Utter, 47, of 26 EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 2 p.m. Wednesday - Jacob R. Kizer, 52, of 2508 Westside Drive, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 9:30 p.m. Wednesday - South CR 400W, 200 feet south of West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. SUV hit fence owned by Timothy L. Sauer, South CR 400W, Warsaw. Driver: Skylar J. Hale, 16, West Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 10:45 p.m. Wednesday - East Levi Lee Road, 500 feet west of North CR 100E, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Samantha J. Gunter, 27, East Burkhart Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 11:27 p.m. Wednesday - East CR 300N, 3 feet north of North CR 400E, Warsaw. Car left roadway. Driver: Chance A. Raney, 17, North First Place, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 3:43 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reporting shoplifting had occurred at the store. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:22 p.m. Wednesday - A juvenile was reported as leaving home without permission in the 3100 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:03 p.m. Wednesday - A driver was arrested in the 200 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
