Warsaw Schools Lifts Lock Down

Warsaw Community Schools has lifted a district-wide lock out, after local authorities have apprehended a stabbing suspect who was on the loose.
"As a precautionary measure, WCS will go into district-wide lock out mode, which means no visitors from outside will be allowed in and no students will be allowed outside of the building until further notice. WCS believes there are no threats are imminent danger to children. Again, this is a precautionary measure," a statement from WCS said earlier today. Shortly after noon, WCS lifted the lock out and thanked local authorities for their help in securing the area so that schools may resume as normal.
Police have taken into custody Vickie Louise Wooldridge, 44, who was considered armed and dangerous earlier today after she fled after an apparent stabbing at a home on Westside Drive.
