The Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts presents “Wagon Wheel’s Home For The Holidays,” a virtual performance recorded on the Wagon Wheel stage available for free as a Christmas present to friends of the theater near and far.

In the style of 1940s Golden Age Radio, Wagon Wheel favorites Jennifer Dow, Mike Yocum, Nick Case, Thomas Hall and Kira Lace Hawkins perform fast-paced versions of two timeless Christmas classics: Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” and “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas,” complete with carols, jingles and live sound effects.

While the pandemic has forced Wagon Wheel to close its doors, the theater hopes people can continue the tradition of celebrating Christmas with the Wagon Wheel by gathering on the couch with loved ones as they spread Christmas joy from their house to the community, a news release states.

The event is available now until Jan. 3. It is free to download and enjoy.

Help support the WWT by making a donation this holiday season. A donation button will be available on the viewing page.

To download the virtual performance, visit www.wagonwheelcenter.org/.../home-for-the-holidays/.

Sponsors are Sym Financial Advisors, Sands Office Equipment and the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.
