• 1:24 p.m. Tuesday - Jacob R. Shreve, 22, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:05 a.m. Wednesday - North CR 300E, 400 feet north of East Rookstool Road, Syracuse. Car hit deer. Driver: Jane M. Griner, 62, East Cherokee Road, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:57 p.m. Tuesday - A hit and run was reported in the 1000 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:01 a.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 3700 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:17 a.m. Wednesday - Prescription pills were reported found in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:36 a.m. Wednesday - A suicidal person was reported in the 4100 block of Kuder Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
