• 8:06 a.m. Monday - Justin Owen Marsh, 30, of 821 Country Club Drive South, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 9:53 a.m. Monday - Cheri Renee Cooke, 52, of 203 W. Broadway St., Etna Green, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 3:37 p.m. Monday - Jordan D. Nieman, 24, of 206 E. Washington St., North Webster, arrested for felony battery committed with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.

• 4:51 p.m. Monday - Harvey T. Clutter, 65, of 811 S. Main St., #4, North Webster, arrested for misdemeanor and felony probation violations. No bond set.

• 4:52 p.m. Monday - Earl D. Shepherd, 49, of 2519 S. CR 400E, Pierceton, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 12:42 a.m. Tuesday - Bambi D. Baier, 58, no street number listed, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Pomeroy, 45, East Springfield Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Pomeroy was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital for complaint of hip and upper leg pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:49 p.m. Sunday - East Levi Lee Road, 500 feet west of North Old Ind. 15, Warsaw. A SUV hit a driver’s side mirror of SUV; the SUV left the scene. Remaining driver: Matthew D. Gilbert, 42, Deer Run North, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:54 p.m. Sunday - East Levi Lee Road, 200 feet east of East Acorn Drive, Warsaw. Pickup hit cow. Driver: Derek E. Tenney, 39, East 8 Square Road, Warsaw. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 5:14 a.m. Tuesday - North CR 800W, 33 feet north of West CR 750N, Nappanee. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Scott A. Plank, 51, East CR 900S, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 6:36 a.m. Tuesday - North CR 450W, 150 feet north of Union Street, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Donna L. Dunithan, 45, West Warren Avenue, Silver Lake. Damage: $750-$1,000. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 12:20 p.m. Saturday - Unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle was reported in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:06 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for possession of stolen property in the 200 block of East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 11:11 a.m. Sunday - Fraud was reported in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:57 p.m. Sunday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 200 block of North Tamarack Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:57 p.m. Sunday - Office type equipment and a sealed plastic bag containing a DVD containing video footage were reported stolen from Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:47 p.m. Sunday - An investigation was opened in regards to a person operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 10:25 p.m. Sunday - Domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 was reported in the 1900 block of Sand Castle Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
