Valley, Triton compete on the links with Bremen

ROCHESTER – Tippecanoe Valley hosted Bremen and Triton for a non-conference girls golf match Wednesday at Round Barn Golf Club. The Vikings earned a 214-223 win over the Lions, while the Trojans did not field a full team.

The Vikings’ Madelyn Weaver was the medalist, posting a 50. Othe Valley scores were: Kaydence Mellott, 52; Lily ault and Chanee Canada, 56 each; and Mollu Moriarty, 58.

Maddie Ritchison had a 60 for Triton. Haley Rensberger had a 63 and Lilly Hubert a 64.

Valley returns to action today, traveling with Manchester to Peru to take on host North Miami in a Three Rivers Conference match.

Triton has a non-conference match with host John Glenn Monday.



Davis gets ace at Stonehenge

Abigail Davis recorded a hole-in-one at Stonehege Golf Club Friday.

Davis holed her tee shot at No. 7. Witnesses were Celia Mangun and Alicia Johnson.
