William Vernon “Bill” Baisden, 62, of Warsaw, passed away at 11:55 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020, at his home.

He was born on July 30, 1958, in Jackson, Mich., to Mose and Nelva Rickman Baisden.

He attended high school in Stockbridge, Mich., and lived in the Warsaw area resident most of his life except for 10 years in Florida. He was married on Nov. 4, 1978, in Warsaw, to Teresa J. Rule, who survives. He was formerly employed as a salesman at Hoene Tiling in Leesburg and REMC in Columbia City.

He is survived by wife, Teresa Baisden, of Warsaw; two daughters: April (Scott Fouts) Baisden, of Silver Lake; and Heather (Sam) Lewis, of Columbia City; three grandchildren: Britney, Jeremy and Westley; mother, Nelva Hoene, of Warsaw; two sisters: Deb (Bud) Garman, of Pierceton; and Sharon (Dave Lesser) Burgett, of Chelsea, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Ricky Baisden; two grandchildren: Hunter and Tiffany Lewis; and stepfather, Bill Hoene.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. Ind. 15, Warsaw. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
