The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:30 p.m. Tuesday - Anneliese C. Porod, 27, Mishawaka, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:09 p.m. Tuesday - Anthony A. Q. Irvine, 28, of 502 S. Union St., #4, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.

• 9:30 p.m. Tuesday - Austin R. Dallen, 27, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #42, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.

• 11:54 p.m. Tuesday - Tracy L. Blocher, 47, of 3670 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.

• 4:34 a.m. Wednesday - East Pierceton Road, 900 feet west of South CR 500E, Pierceton. Car hit utility pole owned by Kosciusko County REMC, South CR 250E, Warsaw. Driver: Jacob I. Pagan, 21, East CR 600S, Warsaw. Injuries: Pagan complained of head pain and was treated by medics on scene before being taken to the Kosciusko County Jail for a driving under the influence charge. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office and Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:17 p.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 1000 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

• 5:04 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Dollar General in the 700 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse, reported box fans were stolen. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:49 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, for possession of marijuana. WPD.

• 4:31 a.m. Wednesday - A woman reported her vehicle’s license plate was stolen in the 2500 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
